HM Property Solutions (HMPS) primary focus is in structuring and funding for the private equity based property development and investment syndicates at locations across the North of Britain and lot sizes for individual properties generally in the range £5 million to £10 million.

HMPS targets projects that will provide investors with efficient structures, carefully selecting a team of professional advisors for each venture.

Jim Shankland has over 30 years experience in the commercial and industrial property sectors. Jim is former Managing Partner of Ryden and past Chairman of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Scotland. Jim provides property expertise and introduces projects and opportunities.

Ramsay Duff heads up HM Corporate Solutions which provides a broad range of corporate financial services with a particular focus on structuring and raising investment funds. Ramsay provides financial expertise and is responsible for promoting the venture to third parties.
